These programs often run on a one-time or infrequent basis, may be paused or discontinued over time, or are organized around specific themes or emerging needs. Participation in these programs is usually by nomination or invitation and may include short-term professional trainings, workshops, or cultural exchanges tailored to particular sectors or priorities.
