Leadership begins when experience meets purpose.

We exist to sustain the spirit of exchange through partnerships, mentorship, and action that drive Uganda’s progress.

We are a Network of Changemakers.

Our Leadership .

The leadership of the Uganda U.S. Exchange Alumni Association (USEA) is structured into three tiers to ensure effective coordination and impact. At the top is the USEA Council Supported by Technical Team and the regional Cluster Leadership

USEA Council

The Uganda U.S. Exchange Alumni Association (USEA) is led by a Council, which brings together presidents from the various U.S. exchange program alumni associations in Uganda. This Council provides strategic direction, coordination, and leadership across the different units of USEA, ensuring that all exchange alumni work collectively to advance shared goals of collaboration, community impact, and sustained U.S.–Uganda engagement.

USEA Technical Team

The Technical Team is composed of nominated alumni with professional expertise who provide strategic and operational support to the USEA Council. These technical members co-lead various units alongside Council leaders to ensure effective implementation of USEA’s programs, projects, and growth initiatives.

USEA Cluster Chairpersons.

The USEA Cluster Chairpersons are regional leaders who coordinate and oversee the activities of the Uganda U.S. Exchange Alumni Association within their respective geographical clusters. They serve as vital links between the national leadership and alumni across the country, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and implementation of USEA programs at the grassroots level.
