Ordering and payment
Prices are in Uganda shillings (UGX). You can pay online by card or mobile money through Pesapal, or pay on collection where offered. An order is confirmed when you receive the order email.
Collection
Orders are collected from the USEA office at the American Center, Embassy Plaza, Ggaba Road, Kampala. The office contacts you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.
Returns and refunds
If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of collection and we will replace it or refund you. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Sizes can be exchanged if stock allows. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
